Developed to engage and inspire employees in a customer-centered culture, with an educational and inspirational bias and multidisciplinary groups active working in transformation projects. The program has involved more than 1000 employees for over 6 years. From Brazil to the world it was expanded to the entire International Structure (LatAm, Europe, Asia and Oceania) contributing to double employee engagement.
